A quick update on my dad...
Friday he was moved to the rehab floor at Mercy. Then Saturday he started a full day of rehab activities-physical and occupational therapy. It wore him out pretty good, but already one day of rehab has made a huge difference. The kids and I visited him Friday afternoon just a couple hours after he was moved to the rehab floor and it took 3-4 nurses to get him from his wheel chair to the bed. He moaned in pain every time anyone barely touched his left leg. Josh and I visited him Sunday afternoon and it took only one nurse to help him get him into his bed. It's so relieving to see him moving again and not be in so much pain. So hopefully things with his rehab keep going great and then he'll be home before we know it!

- Josh and I were high school sweethearts. We've been together since March of 2001, we were engaged December 2004, and got married April 14, 2007. We have two amazing boys who are the center of our universe. Donald Evan was born May 21, 2008. He is just a big ball of energy and he can always make you smile, even when he's in trouble. Andrew Curtis was born September 4, 2009. He is a complete momma's boy and I wouldn't have it any other way. Right now I am loving being a stay at home mom because it allows me to do all of my favorite things. I have plenty of time to snuggle and play with my boys and I typically make a nice dinner every night with the exception of the occasional chinese takeout night. (We love chinese in this house).
